VIEWSHINE held the final race of "Good Voice Speech Contest"on November 15th.
After a series of intense preliminary and semi-final competitions across various venues, VIEWSHINE speech contest has finally reached its thrilling finale. Ten elite contestants have risen above the rest and now stand on the final stage. In the lead-up to the event, colleagues from various departments united in spirit, creating motivational videos to cheer on the participants, which were played at the venue, infusing the contestants with a surge of energy.
On the day of the final, 15th Nov. the atmosphere was electric, with leaders from every department present to not only cheer on the contestants but also actively campaign for votes, demonstrating the unity within the company and a deep care for its employees. Seated in the judges' panel were middle and senior management leaders from the company, ready to evaluate the contestants' performances with fairness and rigor.
The contestants were brimming with enthusiasm, ranging from new hires born in the 2000s to veterans who have served the company for over a decade. They shared their sincere emotions and profound insights, expressing their aspirations for the company, their work, and the future. Their excellent speeches not only showcased their individual talents but also reflected the diversity and inclusiveness of the company's culture.
After a fierce competition, a participant from the Overseas Business Department emerged victorious with an outstanding performance, earning accolades from all present. Other departmental contestants also performed admirably, securing three second prizes and six third prizes. The company prepared monetary awards to recognize their exceptional performance and contributions to the company.
