December 23, 2025 – The 2025 Shangcheng District Digital Energy "Dual Carbon" Development Forum was successfully held at the Xizi Smart Industrial Park. A key highlight was the official inauguration of the Shangcheng District Digital Energy Industry Alliance.
As a core member, Viewshine Intelligent Meter Co., Ltd. was honored to attend this significant event alongside industry leaders such as Zhejiang Energy Group R&D Institute (East China), Xizi Clean Energy Equipment, and Haitian Electric, collectively mapping out the future of the digital energy industry.
During the forum, leaders from the Hangzhou Municipal Development and Reform Commission and the Shangcheng District Government outlined the strategic positioning and development blueprint for the digital energy sector, reinforcing Viewshine's confidence in the industry's prospects.
As Shangcheng District transitions from a Central Business District (CBD) to a Central Innovation District (CID), it has positioned digital energy as a core pillar, striving to build the "Hangzhou Digital Energy Port." With distinct advantages as a "dual highland for technology and talent," "leading per-acre economic output in the province," and "a high-quality cluster of enterprises," the district provides an exceptional platform and fertile ground for innovation for Alliance members. Notably, the upcoming operational phase of the park, designated as a future provincial-level green, low-carbon demonstration zone, offers vast opportunities for Viewshine's R&D, scenario applications, and market expansion.
Guided by the "Dual Carbon" goals, urban energy systems are undergoing profound transformation. Viewshine has been actively contributing to the development of smart cities. Our integrated smart water and gas solutions for urban management are vital components in building safe, efficient, and green urban lifeline infrastructure. Through the Alliance, Viewshine will combine its expertise in smart metering, IoT, and data security with partners' innovations across the energy value chain-from production and storage to distribution and consumption-to explore and develop new digital energy applications.
From this new starting point, Viewshine will leverage its Alliance membership to fully apply its technical and industry expertise.
