公司任命高层管理人员负责社会责任体系的管理,建立,实施和维持良好的社会责任管理体系,并将这一要求延伸至供应商和分包商.
公司声明：
l)禁止使用童工和强迫劳动,不接受任何使用童工或强迫劳动的供应商或分包商;
2)尊重员工自由,禁止任何形式的强迫劳动;
3)提供安全卫生的工作和生活条件,确保员工的安全和健康;
4)推动劳资合作,尊重员工的结社自由和集体谈判权;
5)提供平等和公平的工作环境,禁止任何形式的歧视行为;

Viewshine is committed to complying with SA8000 requirements, national labor laws and regulations, internationally recognized labor standards, and other applicable industry standards and international conventions. We continuously improve working conditions and employee welfare.
Viewshine appoints senior management personnel to oversee the social responsibility management system, establishing, implementing, and maintaining a robust social responsibility management system. This requirement is extended to suppliers and subcontractors.
Company Declaration:
1) Prohibition of child labor and forced labor; the company does not accept any suppliers or subcontractors that use child labor or forced labor.
2) Respect for employee freedom; any form of forced labor is prohibited.
3) Provision of safe and hygienic working and living conditions to ensure the safety and health of employees.
4) Promotion of labor-management cooperation; respect for employees' freedom of association and collective bargaining rights.
